Here at Blush Lane, we are committed to providing products you are 100% satisfied with. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for in store exchange credit, we will accept new/unworn items within 30 days of original purchase. We do not offer refunds, unless the product arrives to you damaged from our end. Hair Accessories, Jewelry and Sale Items are FINAL SALE.  Please include your packing slip with exchanges.  We will process the exchange once we have received the item/items back. We charge $2.98 for returns/exchanges, which can be added into your cart at checkout when you place an order.  The $2.98 fee also covers any lost or damaged packages during the shipping process!
